Q.  What types of commercial vehicles do you buy and sell?

A.  We buy and sell a wide range of commercial vehicles, including vans, lorries, trucks, tipper trucks, box trucks, refrigerated vehicles, and electric commercial vehicles. Our inventory includes both new and used units suitable for various industries

Q.  Can I trade in my existing vehicle?

A.  Yes, we accept trade-ins. Our team will assess your current vehicle and provide a competitive valuation, which can be offset against your purchase.

Q.  Does your vehicles come with warranty?

A.  Yes, we provide a warranty for all vehicles purchased from us. Warranty period differs for each vehicle, please contact 9233 5858 to find out more.

Q.  Can I view or test drive the vehicle before buying?

A.  Yes. Viewing and test drives can be arranged by appointment at our showroom.

Q.  Where is your office / showroom located at?

A.  We are located at 1 Bukit Batok Crescent, #08-52/53 Wcega Plaza, Singapore 658064

Q.  Do i need a business registered in Singapore to buy a commercial vehicle?

A.  Not necessarily. Certain commercial vehicles can be registered under individual ownership, depending on LTA regulations and usage requirements.

Q.  Are there any additional costs i should be aware of?

A.  Cost may include insurance, road tax, financing charges, regular vehicle maintenance and optional add-ons. All applicable costs will be explained clearly.

Q.  What are your operating hours?

A.  Our operating hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm on weekdays and Saturdays. We are closed on sundays and public holidays. Viewings outside regular hours may be arranged by appointment.

Trade-in
Q.  What vehicles are eligible for trade-in?

A.  We accept most commercial vehicles, including vans, trucks, prime mover and electric vehicles.

Q.  How is my trade-in value determined?

A.  Trade-in value is assessed based on vehicle condition, age, mileage, COE balance, PARF value (if applicable), and current market price.

Q.  Is the trade-in valuation free?

A.  Yes. All trade-in valuations are non-obligatory and free or charge.

Q.  Do i need to bring my vehicle in for inspection?

A.  Yes. A physical inspection helps us provide a more accurate and final valuation. Preliminary estimates may be provided online or via enquiry.

Q.  What documents are required for a trade-in?

A.  Documents required include: Vehicle log card, NRIC or company documents (ACRA) and outstanding loan details (if applicable)

Q.  How long does the trade-in process take?

A.  Once inspection and documentation are completed, the process typically takes 1-3 working days, depending on loan settlement and approvals.

Q.  Can my trade-in value be used to offset my purchase?

A.  Yes. Trade-in value can be used to offset the purchase price of your next vehicle, subject to final valuation.

Q.  Do you provide insurance for your vehicles?

A.  Yes. We assist customers with arranging commercial vehicle insurance through our partner insurers when purchasing or trading in a vehicle with us.

Q.  What type of insurance are available?

A.  Coverage options typically include: Comprehensive insurance, Third-party, fire & theft

Q.  Is insurance mandatory for vehicles in Singapore?

A.  Yes. All vehicles on road are required to be insured by law.

Q.  Do you assist with fleet insurance?

A.  Yes. We support fleet insurance solutions for businesses managing multiple commercial vehicles, subject to insurer approval.

Q.  How is my insurance premium calculated?

A.  Insurance premiums are typically based on factors such as vehicle type, usage, driver profile, claims history, and coverage level

Q.  Does insurance cover vehicle modifications or accessories?

A.  Coverage for modifications or accessories depends on insurer approval and declaration. Please inform us of any modifications for proper assessment.

Q.  Can you help with insurance renewal?

A.  Yes. We can assist with insurance renewal reminders and coordination, subject to insurer availability.

Q.  What happens if my vehicle is involved in an accident?

A.  You should follow standard accident procedures and notify your insurer promptly.

Q.  Can my insurance be transferred to a new owner?

A.  Insurance policies generally cannot be transferred and must be reissued under the new owner's name.
